Our Clambake Menu Includes:
One Dozen Middle Neck Clams with Drawn Butter, Lemon Wedges, and
Clam Broth. Served as a separate buffet.
We serve Rhode Island Middle Neck Clams, which are flown in Fresh Daily. Clams harvested from the North Coast cold waters tend to be sweeter and much less sandy.

It begins with a choice of;
Our own Homemade Fresh Creamy Coleslaw -or- Our Deluxe Garden Salad with Iceberg lettuce, shredded carrots, purple cabbage, cheddar cheese, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, assorted peppers, purple onion, olives, French, Italian, and Honey Poppy Seed Dressings. *Additional $1.00 per person
Oven Roasted Quartered Chicken - Marinated in White Wine and Italian Herbs.
Seashell Pasta with Clam Sauce - A light sauce of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Butter, Fresh Rosemary and Grated Parmesan and Romano Cheese.

We also provide sturdy disposable plastic plates, clam bowls, paper napkins, moist towelettes, stainless steel forks and steak knives. All individual tables are set with salt & pepper.
