A Choice of Whiskey Braised Salmon Fillets or a Decorated Whole Poached Salmon, Jonah & Snow Crab Claws, Smoked Trout, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Lemon Pepper Mackerel Fillets, Thinly Sliced Smoked Salmon.    Accompanied with toppers of cocktail sauce, cucumber, dill, creamy horseradish sauce, and whole grain Dijon.  Served with plenty of lemon wedges, and fresh cut celery, on large illuminated ice trays.
