Reservation and Payment Plan Schedule

* Your event date will be reserved after initial consultation with a 10% payment
down (non refundable).

* 60% of the total amount for services is due 14 days prior to your event. (This becomes non- refundable 7 days prior to your event date).

* The final adjusted balance is due upon our arrival the date of the event.

* We accept Cash, Corporate Checks, Personal Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

* A final count of guests is required 7 days prior to your event.

* Wedding Receptions will have a 15% gratuity added to the bill.

* Wedding Package Prices are based on a 6 hour reception.  Additional hours may be added at $300.00 per hour.

* Gratuity is not included in our menu prices. This is left to the discretion of the
host or hostess. If you would like a specific percentage or amount added into
your final billing please let our sales representative know.

* Outside foods will not be served on our buffets or by our servers (with the exception of wedding cakes).

* Any remaining food will not be left behind unless a release form is signed.

* Alcoholic beverages are the sole responsibility of the host / hostess.

* Silver Service Caterings Bartenders must be used when purchasing our bar
service.  The bartenders will put out a tip jar unless we are told otherwise.
{Wedding Receptions are excluded from this option and will have a tip jar present – no exceptions.}

* $25.00 delivery fee will be added to drop off functions within a 20-mile radius.

SILVER SERVICE CATERING is licensed by the Cuyahoga County Board of Health.
